3 Secrets to Burning Belly Fat

Three No Fail Secrets To Losing Belly Fat

The fitness industry wants you to believe that losing fat requires special exercise equipment, expensive weight loss supplements and diet pills. The Love Your Body Diet Course is proof that this isn’t the case. Losing fat doesn’t need to be difficult, especially when you are armed with the right information.

Many of my friends and personal training clients ask me, “Rick, how can I drop a few pounds of fat fast?” Usually they want to fit into a special dress for a party or look great for a first date but they all have one thing in common. The want to lose the fat quickly and easily.

I tell them: Yes, there is, and it is so simple to follow that you will kick yourself for not doing it sooner. So use these three tips to easily lose your first 10-15 lbs of unwanted belly fat.

Here are my 3 No Fail Secrets To Losing Belly Fat

1. Unsafe White Foods That Will Make Your Belly FAT: white rice, white potatoes, pasteurized dairy, cheese, bread, noodles, crackers, most cereals, flour based products, all make your belly Fat. White foods that help burn belly fat are chicken, turkey, fish, white pork and of course cauliflower.

2. Drink WATER, ONLY drink water, NOTHING else! “Can’t I drink tea or coffee?” Just to keep any possible withdrawal headaches at bay, one small cup of organic black coffee. Can you add half and half?…Well is it white? Drink a minimum of 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of water each day (ex. If you weigh 200 lbs, you need to drink 100 ounces) to really see the fat fall off.

3. Don’t eat anything with the word wheat in the ingredients list. What if it’s whole wheat? Look, if the word starts with W and ends in T and has the letters h e a in between, you can’t eat it. This includes bread, pasta, crackers and cereal.  Many packaged snack foods also contain wheat so be sure to read the ingredients list carefully. Our bodies are not designed to eat processed grains that become bread, cereal and noodles. Remember, in the beginning of time when we were cavemen, if you could not pick it from a tree or cook it on a stick over fire, you couldn’t eat it.

If you apply these three belly fat busting secrets to your diet for the next two weeks you sill see some amazing results. Get started on your own personal fat burning meal plans right away with The Love Your Body Diet Course.

Calories Revisited

The problem with restricting your calories too much is the fact that it slows down your metabolism and in doing so it makes it all the more difficult to sustain weight loss.

This is one of the reasons why it is suggested that you don’t reduce your calories excessively on a daily basis if you want to keep reducing weight over the long-term.

On the other hand when you consume an excess number of calories over and above the energy needs of your body then these calories will be stored as fat.

You can see by the last two sentences that it is crucially important for you to get your calorie intake levels correct if you are to lose weight.

Your daily calorie requirement depends on a number of different factors including your weight, your age, gender and your lifestyle.  A more active person will need more calories due to the fact that they will be burning more during the course of the day.

On average every pound of your body weight represents approximately 3500 calories.  Based on this average, to lose 1 pound you will need to reduce your calorie intake by 3500 calories.

On diet alone, you can see how it won’t be possible to lose a pound a day unless of course you already have a considerable calorie intake and the reduction will still leave you with sufficient food and nutrition to remain healthy.

Supplements can certainly help to make up for any nutrition deficiencies a lot of the time.

By reducing your calories by only 100 calories per day over the course of the year you would have consumed 36,500 fewer calories and that converts to a weight reduction of almost 10 1/2 pounds.

That is an easily accomplished weight reduction with very little change to your lifestyle and habits.
